Villages at Baxter Ridge Condominium Association

The Villages at Baxter Ridge is a subdivision located in Chesterfield, Missouri containing 307 houses and 128 condominiums, including a clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis court with pickleball and common ground.  Baxter Ridge consists of four villages (Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter). The condominiums are located in the Summer Village.

The entire Villages at Baxter Ridge (homes and condominiums) are governed by the Indentures of Trust and Restrictions for The Villages at Baxter Ridge.

The Baxter Ridge Condominiums are self-managed and are governed by separate Declaration, By-laws, and Rules and Regulations, in addition to the Indentures of Trust and Restrictions for The Villages at Baxter Ridge.

Chesterfield is located just about 25 minutes west of downtown St. Louis, along the Interstate 64/U.S. Highway 40 corridor. The city was formed in 1988 by citizens who cared deeply about the area and about the quality of life in the area.
