Exterior Modification Request

ALL requests for modifications to condominium property MUST be submitted on the Application for Approval of Exterior Modification form. No work can begin until the request has been submitted and approved by the Board of Directors. No individual owner is permitted to modify any portion of the condominium property without this prior approval.

This includes, but is not limited to, all exterior doors and windows (including garage door), awnings, window boxes, doorsteps, stoops, porches, balconies, patios, decks and courtyards.
